Ruth Steinberg is a story weaver, bringing together stories from her Jewish culture, the life of her family and her husband. Using personal stories, folktales, Yiddish songs, she takes you on a journey that will make you laugh and cry.
Ruth was born a Jewish Geordie in 1952 in Newcastle upon Tyne. Some say she is clown, a storyteller, a musician. She says she is passionate about using creativity to touch, transform and show the absurdities we live in and with.
