Holocaust Centre North is proud to host the Batley Poets for an inspiring open mic night to mark Hate Crime Awareness Week.
Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and community through poetry. Whether you’re there to share your own words or simply listen, we invite everyone to take part. Together, we’ll explore how poetry can inspire understanding, challenge prejudice and create space for hope.
At Holocaust Centre North, we’re dedicated to standing against division, antisemitism, racism and hate crime in all its forms through education, intervention, and creativity.
The Batley Poets work to uplift voices that may otherwise go unheard—sharing, listening and appreciating the different dialects, styles and languages of this millennia-old form: poetry.
